BEFORE LEHIGH
Dowling comes to Bethlehem from Phillips Exeter Academy. She was named All-NEPSAC and competed in Nike Outdoors Nationals in Javelin in 2024 and 2025. She ranked number one in New Hampshire for javelin throw in 2024, and was on the school record breaking 4x800m relay team. Outside of track and field, she played varsity basketball and cross country, where she was a captain and named All-NEPSAC. She chose Lehigh for its excellent academic reputation and welcoming community.
