2022 OUTDOORS: Finished second in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:42.16 at the Lafayette Dual... Recorded a 14th place finish in the 1500m at the Lehigh T&F Invite (5:03.04)... Finished fifth overall in the 1500m with a time of 5:02.78 at the Coach P Invite... Recorded a third-place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Carol and John Covert Classic (11:39.61)... Finished ninth in the 3000m steeplechase with a PR of 11:19.67 at the Patriot League Championship... Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2022 INDOORS: Competed in the 3000m at the Rutgers Open (11:20.68). 

2021 OUTDOORS: Finished ninth overall and set a PR in the steeplechase at the Patriot League Championships (11:28.31)… Placed second in the steeplechase at the Lafayette Invitational (11:35.92) and at the Lehigh Happy Easter Races (11:31.39)… Finished 15th overall in the 5K at the Bucknell Quad (18:39.31).

2021 INDOORS: Finished fourth overall in the 3000m at the Patriot League Indoor Challenge (10:47.20)… Placed 11th in the 800m at the Lehigh Tri Meet (2:29.65)…
