2026 INDOOR: Competed in six meets for Lehigh… placed 17th in the 1000m (3:05.44) at the Quaker Invite… placed 28th in the mile (5:10.70) at the Dr. Sander Scorcher… won the mile (5:10.70) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… ran a personal best in the 1000m (3:01.76) at the Philadelphia Metro to finish sixth… set a personal record in the mile (4:58.74) to place 14th at the Patriot League Championships.
2025 OUTDOOR: Ran in seven meets for the Mountain Hawks… finished third in the 800m (2:22.77) at the Keystone State Challenge… placed 11th in the 800m (2:18.01) at the Monmouth Season Opener… finished second in the 1500m (4:44.90) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… was the runner-up in the 1500m (4:40.33) at the Coach Pollard Invite… finished third in the 800m (2:17.48) at the Covert Classic… placed 12th in the 1500m (4:50.50) at the Patriot League Championships.
2025 INDOOR: Competed at seven meets for Lehigh… placed 15th in the mile (5:17.78) at the Quaker Invitational… placed 34th in the 800m (2:25.49) at the Dr Sander Scorcher… won the mile (5:08.31) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… finished fourth in the mile (5:04.37) at the Widener Indoor Classic… placed 23rd in the mile (5:19.23) at the Patriot League Championships.
2024 OUTDOORS: At the Lafayette vs Lehigh Dual, Trimmer place 4th in the 1,500 meter (5:00)... at the Carol and John Covert Classic, Trimmer placed 2nd in the 4x400 relay (4:13) and 5th in the 800 meter (2:21).
2024 INDOORS: Did not compete.
