2019 OUTDOORS: Finished second overall in the hammer throw at the Lehigh versus Lafayette Dual Meet (51.33m, 168’ 5”)… Finished second overall in the hammer throw at the Fred Hardy Invitational (50.73m, 166’ 5”)… Finished seventh overall in the hammer throw at the Adidas Winthrop University Invitational, earning a personal record (51.53m, 169’ 1”)… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019 INDOORS: Finished ninth overall in the weight throw at the Patriot League Championships (16.45m, 53’ 11.75”)… Finished second overall in the weight throw at the Bucknell Tune Up, earning a personal record (16.73m, 54’ 10.75”)… Finished sixth overall in the weight throw at the Villanova Invitational (15.59m, 51’ 1.75”)… Finished eighth overall in the weight throw at the Navy Invitational (15.27m, 50’ 1.25”)… Finished second overall in the weight throw at the Lehigh versus Lafayette Meet (16.64m, 54’ 7.25”)… Finished third overall in the weight throw at the Angry Birds Challenge (16.23m, 53’ 3”)… Finished second overall in the weight throw at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals (16.02m, 52’ 6.75”)… Finished second overall in the weight throw at the Lehigh Season Opener (16.47m, 54’ 0.5”). 

2018 OUTDOORS: Placed fifth in the hammer throw with a season-best toss of 50.62m at the Patriot League Championships…Finished fourth in the hammer at the Lehigh Games (48.24m)…Won the hammer throw at the Coach Pollard Invitational (49.88m)…Took third in the hammer at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (47.39m).

2018 INDOORS: Competed in the weight throw at the Patriot League Championships (15.11m)…Took fifth in the weight throw at the Bucknell Tune-Up (14.89m)…Took 12th in the weight throw at the Dr. Sander Invitational (14.98m) and eighth at the Angry Birds Challenge (15.64m).

BEFORE LEHIGH: 2017 Rhode Island Track and Field Coaches Association Academic All-State selection…Three-time New Balance Indoor National competitor (weight throw, ‘15-’17)…Three-time New Balance Outdoor National competitor (hammer throw, ‘15-’17)…In 2017, finished third in the Emerging Elite hammer throw, and finished 12th in the championship hammer throw the following day…One-time Junior Olympic National competitor in the hammer throw (three-time qualifier, competed ‘16, also qualified ‘15 and ‘17)…2017 Hershey Youth Indoor National Championship competitor in the weight throw…Three-time regional runner-up in the hammer throw for Junior Olympics Region 1 (‘15-’17)…2017 Rhode Island state qualifier in the weight throw…2017 Rhode Island state finalist in the hammer throw…2017 Third-team All-Division honoree in the hammer throw…Member of the Rhode Island Honor Society, National Honor Society, and the French National Honor Society…First Grant finisher at the Rhode Island State Science Fair in 2014.
