2026 INDOOR: Competed in three meets for Lehigh… was the runner-up in the pentathlon (3306) at Fast Times Before Finals… placed 15th in the long jump (5.20m) at the Penn Select.
2025 OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets for Lehigh… placed third in the 100m hurdles (15.94), 13th in the shot put (10.36m), and 14th in the long jump (4.94m) at the Keystone State Challenge… placed 19th in the high jump (1.45m) at the Monmouth Season Opener… finished third in the 100m hurdles (15.93) and fourth with a personal best in the 400m hurdles (1:13.26) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… set a personal record in the 100m hurdles (15.50) to finish fourth and placed 10th in the high jump (1.48m) at the Coach Pollard Invite… set personal bests to place sixth in the long jump (5.37m) and eighth in the javelin throw (29.19m) at the Covert Classic… set a personal record in the heptathlon (4367) to place 10th at the Patriot League Championships.
2025 INDOOR: Competed in nine meets for the Mountain Hawks… placed ninth in the shot put (10.46m) and 13th in the long jump (4.67m) at Fast Times Before Finals… placed fifth in the 60m hurdles (9.73) and eighth in the high jump (1.55m) at the Moravian Indoor Meet… placed third in the high jump (1.52m) and fifth in the 60m hurdles (9.58) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… won the long jump (5.25m) placed 21st in the 60m hurdles (9.74) at the fastrack National Invite… placed seventh in the 60m hurdles (9.35) and 16th in shot put (10.91m) at the Bucknell Tune Up… placed 11th in the pentathlon (3051) at the Patriot League Championships.
2024 OUTDOORS: Did not compete.
2024 INDOORS: At the Mt. Hawk Season Opener, Sanford won 2nd in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.33... fifth in the high jump (1.25m), and seventh in the long jump (5.07m)... at the Fast Times meet, Sanford was first in the pentathlon (3329 points)... at the Wagner invitational Sanford placed first in the 60m hurdles (9.40), and fourth in the high jump (1.46m)...
