2026 INDOOR: Competed in five meets for Lehigh… finished sixth in the 3000m (10:54.25) at the Moravian Hounds Classic… finished sixth in the 5000m (18:40.85) at the Fastrack National Invite… placed 26th in the 3000m (10:47.90) at the Widener Indoor Classic.
2025 OUTDOOR: Ran in five meets for the Mountain Hawks… ran a personal best in the 5000m (18:40.22) at the Keystone State Challenge to place fifth…. ran a personal best in the 3000m (10:38.60) at the Bison Outdoor Classic to place fifth… finished fifth in the 5000m (18:45.41) at the Coach Pollard Invite… finished fifth in the 5000m (19:26.54) at the Covert Classic.
2025 INDOOR: Competed in four meets for Lehigh… placed 38th in the 3000m (10:46.67) at the Fastrack National Invite… ran a personal best in the mile (5:24.23) at the Widener Indoor Classic to place 32nd… finished third in the 3000m (10:41.37) at the Bucknell Tune Up.
BEFORE LEHIGH
Dahlgren boasts an impressive resume as she heads to Bethlehem in the fall. She is a two-time PIAA District 2 AA Cross Country State Medalist, a five-time Scranton Times All-Star, a four-time Scranton Times All-Regional selection, a ten-time District medalist, Rookie of the Year winner as a freshman and a five-time Most Valuable Runner team award. In track, Dahlgren was the 2023 Most Improved Runner at her school, a District gold medalist in the 1600m run and a state qualifier for that same event. In the classroom, Dahlgren was a part of the National Honor Society, the school honor roll, earned principal recognition and distinguished honors.
