2026 marks Nick Iliadis' first season on the Lehigh Rowing coaching staff, serving as Assistant Coach and Operations Coordinator.
Iliadis arrives in Bethlehem following a successful tenure as the Interim Head Coach of Nova Southeastern University Women’s Rowing, where he led the program from 2024–25. At NSU, he oversaw all facets of the program, including training design, travel coordination, equipment management, recruiting, and alumni engagement while guiding the Sharks to a series of standout competitive results. His 2025 campaign included FIRA Championship titles in the Lightweight 4+ and Women’s 2x, a silver medal in the Women’s F/N4+, a victory over Miami at the Miami International Regatta, a third-place finish at the Knecht Cup, and a top-8 national ranking in NCAA Division II by the CRCA.
Before his time at Nova Southeastern, Iliadis spent two seasons as an assistant coach with the Franklin & Marshall College rowing program, working with both the men’s and women’s teams. There, he helped execute daily program operations, coach technical development, and prepare crews for high-level racing. During his tenure, F&M achieved several notable results, including gold in the Men’s Novice DIII 8+ at the 2023 Head of the Schuylkill, a Men’s 2x appearance in the Dad Vail Regatta Grand Final in 2022, and bronze in the Men’s DIII Varsity 8+ at the 2023 Knecht Cup.
A former Division I student-athlete, Iliadis rowed for La Salle University from 2017–21, earning a silver medal at the Head of the Occoquan. He began his rowing career with Moorestown Rowing Club, where he competed as a Grand Finalist at SRAA Nationals.
Iliadis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from La Salle University and is a USRowing Level 2 certified coach. His additional qualifications include CPR/First Aid certification, trailer-driving experience, and proficiency with program logistics and operations.
