2025 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six races in the fall… Finished 5th of 87 at the 6K Lehigh Invitational (21:55.2), which earned her Patriot League Women's Rookie of the Week... Finished 18th of 37 in Lehigh’s 20th consecutive 6K dual meet victory over Lafayette (23:23.3)… Finished 26th of 338 at the 6K 51st Paul Short Run Gold Race (22:34.9)… Finished 206th of 270 at the 6k Princeton Fall Classic (22:46.6)… Finished 63rd of 111 at the 6k Patriot League Championship (22:49.9)… Finished 154th of 210 at the 6k NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (22:54.2).
BEFORE LEHIGH
Louis came all the way from Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle, Washington, the furthest commute of all of this year’s cross country class. She conquered the west coast, coming out of high school athletics as an eight-time state qualifier. Louis also graduated with high honors and was a member of the National Honor Society.
