Tiffany Coll enters her second season with the Mountain Hawks coaching staff in 2009-10. Prior to coming to Lehigh, Coll was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Navy.
In the 2008-09 season, Coll helped mentor an extremely deep post rotation for the Brown and White. Under her guidance, Lehigh saw the emergence of two freshman forwards who became mainstays in the rotation, including a Patriot League All-Rookie Team selection (Alexa Williams). Lehigh outrebounded opponents 38.3-34.7 in a season where it compiled school records for wins (26) and league wins (12) and won the second Patriot League championship in school history.
Coll graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2003, where she played basketball for four years. Coll appeared in 101 career games for the Retrievers and averaged more than 16 minutes per game. She was named captain in both her junior and senior seasons, and she helped lead UMBC to the finals of the Northeast Conference Tournament in her final year.

While at Navy, Coll built experience and connections in the Patriot League and its recruiting areas. She coached and helped develop Cassie Consedine, who was named the Patriot League’s Rookie of the Year in 2008.
Troyan believes Coll’s experiences with Navy will carry over to her time here at Lehigh.
“Tiffany understands the demands placed on student-athletes within the Patriot League, and brings with her a strong familiarity with our league and league opponents,” Troyan said.
