Cialone graduated from Locust Valley High School as a five-time school record holder and New Balance Nationals qualifier. She competed at the NYSPHSAA Outdoor State Championships throughout high school, earning a Division II All-State medal during her junior year. Cialone also graduated a member of the National Honor Society and is a National Merit Scholarship winner.
