2022 OUTDOORS: Competed at the Raleigh Relays where he finished the 1500m with a time of 3:47.79... Recorded a second-place finish in the 800m at the Navy Invitational (1:50.56)... Finished third in the 800m at the Lafayette Dual (1:57.02)... At the Bison Outdoor Classic, Burke broke his fifth school record of the year in the 1500m, finishing 4th with a time of 3:44.57... Burke also earned his sixth school record of the year in the 800m, finishing second with a time of 1:49.76... Won the 800m at the Virginia Challenge, earning a new PR and school record with a time of 1:48.45... Competed at the Penn Relays in the 4x800... Won the 800m (1:54.42) and mile (4:13.48) at the Lafayette Dual... At the Dr. Sander Invitational, Burke finished fourth in the mile (4:06.10) and finished sixth in the DMR to secure his second school record of the year (9:57.69)... Broke his third school record of the year at the Rutgers Open in the mile where he finished third with a time of 4:05.00... He also won the 800m with a time of 1:51.44 at the Rutgers Open...
