BEFORE LEHIGH: High school record holder in the pole vault… Four-time Central Group III Sectional Champion… Named to the Times of Trenton All-Area team… Four-time New Jersey Meet of Champions qualifier… NJ Group III State Championships Qualifier in triple jump and long jump… Team captain… Lettered all four years… Also lettered in soccer, where she was a two-time captain… Soccer team won New Jersey State Championship… High school Valedictorian… Member of the Science, Spanish, Math History and National Honor Societies.
Getting to Know Carly:
Why did you choose Lehigh? Â I loved the school for its academics, athletics, and location. The coaches and team felt like family and I knew that it was the place I was meant to be.
What’s your favorite thing about Lehigh? All of the people I get to meet through athletics and classes.
Thoughts on Lehigh Coaching Staff: Coach Matt and all of the coaches truly care about each of their athletes and push us to become better competitors, students, and leaders.
Major & Why: Chemical Engineering because I have always loved math and science and know that engineering will allow me to make a difference and travel around the world.
