Lilia Crouthamel enters her third season with the Lehigh softball program and her second as an assistant coach. She took on an assistant coaching role for the 2025 season after working with the program as an administrative assistant in 2024.
 
Another Lehigh Valley native, Crouthamel is from Allentown and graduated from Salisbury High School. She came to Lehigh following a five-year playing career at Penn State. An outfielder, Crouthamel appeared in 199 career games for the Nittany Lions, starting 150, including all 98 over her final two seasons.
 
Crouthamel recorded 64 career hits for Penn State, including 20 extra base hits, while scoring 45 runs and driving in 41. She was a three-time Academic Big Ten honoree and was named to Big Ten All-Defensive Team in 2022. Crouthamel was also named an Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete in 2023.
 
Crouthamel graduated from Penn State with a degree in marketing.
