Why Lehigh? “I chose Lehigh for a myriad of reasons. I knew I wanted to be a part of a growing program such as Lehigh crew, and when I came here on my official visit, I knew this was the place. A lot of people talk about Lehigh’s academics and social life, but when I actually experienced it I was absolutely blown away. Today, I love it here just as much as I did the first day I arrived on campus.”
On the coaching staff: “The coaching staff, I feel, will definitely take me, and the program to the next level. Most of my time spent in the fall was with Coach Harding and Lance, and they really accelerated almost entirely novice men’s and women’s boats from not knowing how to put an oar into the oar-lock, to winning gold medals at the Frostbite Regatta. Coach Conley and Moorehead both come from experienced backgrounds, and I have heard some really good things from varsity, so I am very excited for the spring season.”
