2015 (SENIOR SEASON)
Co-captain who started 51 games…finished the season with 29 RBI, the fourth-best on the team, and five home runs…recorded 13 multiple hit and eight multiple RBI games…hit .467 (7-for-15) in the Patriot League Championship series at Navy to help Lehigh take home its second-ever league crown…knocked in a season-best six RBI and had a 3-for-4 showing at the plate with a home run in a win over Iona…recorded a two-run single in Lehigh’s NCAA Tournament game against Tulane.
2014 (JUNIOR SEASON)
Played in 47 games, making 45 starts at shortstop…ranked second on the team in runs scored (29), RBI (25) and stolen bases (11)…recorded 12 multiple hit games and seven multiple RBI games throughout the season while hitting .286 in Patriot League play…went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored in the regular-season finale at Army…posted two hits, two runs and an RBI in Lehigh’s series-opening win against rival Lafayette…went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored against Holy Cross.
2013 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)
Started 46 of Lehigh’s 47 games at shortstop…went 2-for-3 with four RBI against Lafayette…led the Mountain Hawks in at bats (183) and RBI (29)…hit a season-best 5-for-6, scored three runs and registered four RBI against Army…had a seven game hitting streak from March 30-April 6…named to the All-Patriot League Second Team.
2012Â (FRESHMANÂ SEASON)
Played in 33 games, making 19 starts for Lehigh…hit his first collegiate home run at Coppin State…went 3-for-3 with a triple and a RBI at Army…went 4-for-6 with a season-high five RBI against Scranton…went a combined 3-for-6 with a double, home run, three RBI and two runs scored at Bucknell…went a combined 8-for-14 (.571) with a double, home run, 10 RBI and two runs scored in four games from April 10 – April 14.

BEFORE LEHIGH
Elson earned three varsity letters for Delbarton High School, capped off by his senior season when he was named First Team All-Morris County, First Team All-Daily Record and First Team All-NJAC Conference. Also named a senior captain, Elson was awarded the Father Karl Roesch Award for Most Valuable Position Player.  As a junior, he was named Honorable Mention All-Conference. Elson led Delbarton to the County Finals in 2009 and ’10 and State Finals in ’09. The squad was also North A Non-Public Champions that year.
