2013 (SENIOR SEASON)
Saw action in nine games in his senior season… tallied a season-high four shots against Stony Brook including one on goal in the 74th minute…played a season-high 61 minutes against Holy Cross…named the team’s Scholar-Athlete of the Year at the end-of-year banquet...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2012 (JUNIOR SEASON)
Played in 14 games, making 12 starts…Fired 10 shots, four on-goal…Played 800 minutes in the brown and white midfield…Tallied a season-high 76 minutes of action against Bucknell.
2011 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)
Appeared in 9 games for the Mountain Hawks…Had four shots, two on goal...Played a season-high 34 minutes on 10/11 vs. Penn.
2010 (FRESHMAN SEASON)
Appeared in 11 games for the Mountain Hawks, starting six of them…Had five total shots on goal as a midfielder…Played 421 minutes, including a career-high 84 minutes vs. Fordham.
BEFORE LEHIGH
Ben Borin joins the Mountain Hawks from Cheyenne East High School in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Borin was a three-time First Team All-State player for Cheyenne East and was named Wyoming’s Gatorade Player of the Year in 2008. He was also a member of the Region IV ODP team in 2007 and 2008. A player with good technical ability and vision, Borin figures to compete for playing time in the midfield or as a forward. Borin attended the Lehigh ID Academy in July of 2009 and played in the camp All-Star game.
