Why Lehigh? “I am coming to Lehigh because it is a great school and it gives me the opportunity to both learn and play tennis. I think Coach Shook is a great guy and knows a great deal about the sport...and has a lot to teach all of us.”
Player Profile: As a junior … notched a 13-5 record at fifth and sixth flight singles … posted double digit singles wins for the second season in a row … registered five wins on six Patriot League matches … went one and one at third doubles …member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … as a sophomore …went 4-1 in fifth flight singles …had a record of 8-5 in sixth flight singles … had a team best overall singles record of 13-6 … as a freshman … went 4-0 in fourth and fifth flight singles and 4-3 in sixth flight singles … went 1-1 in Patriot League play in singles matches … posted a record of 2-1 in doubles play … in secondary school … played on first team ... got named MVP for tennis three out of the four years on the team ... for 2 summers taught inner city kids how to play tennis ... was ranked number-23 in middle states in 2002.
