2021 OUTDOORS: 
Took home a bronze medal as a member of the 4x800m relay team (9:09.30) at the Patriot League Championships… Registered a PR and finished second overall in the 800m at the John and Carol Covert Classic (2:17.01)..Placed fourth in the 800m at the Lafayette Invitational.

2021 INDOORS: DID NOT COMPETE

2020 INDOORS: Finished ninth overall in the mile prelims (5:08.75) and finished 14th overall in the 3,000m (10:16.43) at the Patriot League Championship... Finished ninth overall in the 800m at the Bucknell Tune Up (2:20.99)... Finished 11th overall in the 3,000m at the UAlbany Winter Classic (10:15.83)... Finished fourth overall in the mile at the Villanova Invitational (5:08.84)... Finished third overall in the 3,000m at the Lehigh versus Lafayette Dual Meet (10:26.98)... Finished 29th overall in the mile at the Penn 8 Team Select (5:14.88)... Finished second overall in the 4x800m relay at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals (9:29.18). 


2019 OUTDOORS: Scored with sixth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at Patriot League Championships (10:53.31)… set PR in the steeplechase with 13th place finish at ECAC Championships (10:50.84)… finished 18th in steeplechase at Larry Ellis Invitational… ran 1500m at Covert Classic, finishing fifth at 4:50.57… Finished 55th overall in the 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic, earning a personal record (2:18.91)… Finished first overall in the 4x800m relay at the Fred Hardy Invitational (9:31.80)… Finished 40th overall in the 3000m steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays, earning a personal record (11:00.26)… Finished 26th overall in the 1500m at the Penn Challenge (4:50.78).

2019 INDOORS: Finished 11th overall in the mile at the Patriot League Championships (5:07.30)… Finished second overall in the 3K at the Bucknell Tune Up, earning a personal record (10:11.99)… Finished third overall in the distance medley relay (12:24.63) and finished seventh overall in the mile, earning a personal record (5:06.84) at the Navy Invitational… Finished first overall in the 4x800m (9:45.24) and finished third overall in the 1000m, earning a personal record (3:01.70) at the Lehigh versus Lafayette Meet… Finished fourth overall in the distance medley relay (12:42.31) and finished seventh overall in the mile (5:14:16) at the Angry Birds Challenge… Finished second overall in the 4x800m relay at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals (9:36.23). 

2018 OUTDOORS: Placed fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Patriot League Championships (11:01.90)…Ran a season-best time of 4:44.76 in the 1500m run at the Larry Ellis Invitational.

2018 INDOORS: Finished third in the mile at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (5:16.98)…Finished runner-up in the mile at the DeSchriver Invitational (5:20.50)…Member of the winning 4x800 relay team at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals meet (9:30.61).

What’s your favorite thing about Lehigh? My favorite thing about Lehigh is the family atmosphere on campus. The University offers tremendous opportunities to student athletes, and really supports them both academically and athletically. My favorite part of campus itself is the beautiful lawn, truly stunning.
Thoughts on Lehigh Coaching Staff: From the minute I began communicating with Lehigh while on my college search, the coaching staff stood out to me as one of the most wholesome, caring, friendly team of coaches that I had come across. Coach Lambinus has such a passion for the game and really has the athlete’s best interest in mind here at Lehigh.
Major & Why: Bioengineering. This major allows offers many opportunities and sets me up for success after Lehigh. The STEM field is also very up and coming, offering many different facets in which engineers can follow.
