2018 OUTDOORS: Qualified for the NCAA First Round in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:43.59) and finished 38th overall… Captured her first career Patriot League championship in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:31.48)…Also scored team points by finishing eighth (17:40.51) in the 5K at the PL Championships…Finished 16th in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:49.87) at the ECAC Championships…Season best 3,000m steeplechase (10:28.77) came with a sixth place finish at the Larry Ellis Invitational…Ran the 800m (2:16.91) at the Lehigh Games…Won the 5,000m (17:36.60) at the Lehigh-Lafayette Dual Meet…Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and the ECAC President’s Honor Roll.
 
2018 INDOORS: Finished sixth in the mile (5:04.39) and ran the 3,000m (10:07.93) at the Patriot League Championships…Ran a season-best mile (4:57.12) at the Villanova Invitational…Placed third in the 1,000m (3:05.57) at the Lehigh John Covert Classic…Earned a second place finish at the Dr. Sander Invitational Armory Challenge in the 3,000m (9:53.54).

2017 CROSS COUNTRY: Placed 90th overall (22:00.9) at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals, hosted by Lehigh…Came in 18th overall and third on the team at the Patriot League Championships (21:59.3)…Finished 94th overall at the Penn State National Open (22:09.7)…Placed third on the team and 137th of 369 overall in the Paul Short Run Gold Race (21:31.2)… Finished third on the team and 89th overall at the 5K Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (18:44.7)…Made her season debut by placing fifth overall at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet, helping the team to a perfect score (22:22.05)...Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2017 OUTDOORS: Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll…Placed 12th in the steeplechase at the ECAC Championships (10:56.16)…Landed on the podium in third place in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Patriot League Championships with a new personal best of 10:46.76…Won the 1500m run at the Lehigh Games (4:42.23)…Came out victorious in the steeplechase at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (11:13.76) and was named Lehigh’s Track Athlete of the Meet…Finished 27th out of 61 in the 3,000m run at the Armory Track Invitational (10:07.88)…Set a new PR in the 5K at the Raleigh Relays (18:29.24).

2017 INDOORS: Placed eighth with a season-best time of 9:58.18 in the 3,000m run at the Patriot League Championships…Won the 3K at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (10:18.39)…Placed seventh in the mile at the Villanova Open with a season-best time of 5:09.69.

2016 CROSS COUNTRY: Placed 109th overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (22:41.9)...Helped Lehigh to a runner-up finish at the Patriot League Championships by finishing fifth on the team, 34th overall (22:46.9)...Took 151st place overall, fifth on the team at the Penn State Nationals (22:55.6)...Placed fifth on the team (193rd overall) in the Paul Short Run's Gold Race (21:57.8)...Tallied a fifth place finish overall at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet...Finished 11th overall, fourth on the team at the season-opening Lehigh Invitational (22:57.2)…Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Why did you choose Lehigh? Lehigh is a school where I can explore many unique aspects of engineering and make academics a priority while also competing in the sport I love.

Biggest sports accomplishment: In my senior year of high school, I was a member of Tully’s distance medley relay that placed fourth in the Emerging Elite race at New Balance Outdoor Nationals. Also, in 2013 and 2014, my cross country team won the Class D NYS Championships
