WHY LEHIGH? “I chose Lehigh because it had everything that I was looking for in a school - strong academics, athletics and a great sense of community.”
LEHIGH HIGHLIGHTS: Member of Lehigh’s Varsity Four, which won a bronze medal at the 2018 Patriot League Championship, becoming the program’s first-ever boat to medal.
BEFORE LEHIGH: Rowing team captain and four-year varsity athlete at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School … In the fall of 2016, was part of a Women’s Varsity Four which came in eighth place at the Head of the Schuylkill … Took fourth place at Navy Day … The previous spring, Manville’s Varsity Four took fifth place in its heat at the U.S. Rowing Mid-Atlantic Youth Championships … Varsity Four also came in first at the Overpeck Regional Youth Regatta … Part of a Second Varsity Four which finished fourth in its heat at the Mercer Lake/ISA Sculling Championships … Manville’s boats have also finished sixth of 62 at the Main Line Slide, second of 14 at the King’s Head Regatta, third of 18 at (a previous) Navy Day and 16th of 44 at the Head of the Schuylkill … A multi-sport athlete, who also played soccer … Strong in the classroom as well, earning a spot on the Honor Roll all four years of high school … Member of the French National Honor Society … Was an AP Scholar with distinction.
