Lehigh to Play Loyola in Patriot League Quarterfinals Friday Morning

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Patriot League announced the seedings, matchups and tournament schedule for the Patriot League Women's Tennis Championship on Tuesday afternoon. Bucknell will host the tournament, with all matches taking place at Bucknell's Varsity Tennis Courts.
The Mountain Hawks finished the regular season 4-3 in Patriot League play and 8-13 overall, earning the No. 4 seed in the tournament. Lehigh will face No. 5 seed Loyola at 10:45 a.m. Friday in the quarterfinals.
On April 3, Lehigh defeated Loyola 4-3 in Loyola, Md. After dropping the doubles point, Maggie Forkner, Lena Dogadalski, Giselle Vlassis and Alice Ann Pantasri each won their respective singles matches to clinch the 4-3 victory for the Mountain Hawks.
Should the Mountain Hawks advance, they will face the winner of No. 1 Boston University and the winner of the No. 8/No. 9 matchup between No. 8 Lafayette and No. 9 Holy Cross. Lehigh's potential semifinal matchup is set for 10 a.m. Saturday.
