Lehigh Set to Face No. 4/5 Princeton on Tuesday Night in New Jersey

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lehigh is set to hit the road Tuesday night for a marquee matchup against No. 4/5 Princeton in Princeton, N. J. The opening faceoff is set for 7 p.m., with the game streaming live on ESPN+.
Lehigh enters the contest at 5-5 overall and 3-2 on the road, having won three of its last four games, and holds a 1-2 record against ranked opponents this season. Princeton comes in ranked No. 4/5 nationally with a 6-2 overall record and a 3-2 mark at home.
On Saturday, Lehigh fell to No. 18/19 Army, 14-11, snapping a three-game winning streak. In its most recent victory on March 21, Lehigh was paced by Luke Breslin, who recorded six points on four goals and two assists. Andrew Kelly added five points on two goals and three assists, with his second assist of the game marking the 100th point of his career.
In the win over Holy Cross, Finn Morgan recorded a hat trick and has now scored three or more goals in eight games this season. He ranks second in the Patriot League in goals per game (3.30). Luke Breslin, who tallied two assists in Lehigh's most recent win, is also second in the league in assists per game (2.30).
Senior Richard Checo, the NCAA's all-time leader in caused turnovers, leads the Patriot League in caused turnovers at 2.4 per game. Junior Connor Riley leads the league in ground balls, averaging 6.2 per game.
After dropping its season opener, Princeton has won six of its last seven games, including four victories over ranked opponents during that stretch.
