BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Junior Thomas Robertson was named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday afternoon. Robertson recorded a hat trick on Sunday to help Lehigh defeat Holy Cross 3-1.

The Chapel Hill, N.C. native got the scoring started early on Sunday for Lehigh, netting the game's first goal in the second minute on a beautiful pass from Landon Bealer. Roberston generated another opportunity in the 58th minute on a breakaway opportunity in the box, resulting in a Lehigh penalty shot. Robertson converted on the penalty shot before scoring another goal on a PK three minutes later.

Robertson's three goals were his first three of the year, putting him at six for his career. His two penalty kick goals and attempts were the first of the season for Lehigh.

After Sunday's win, Lehigh moved into first place in the Patriot League with ten points and a 3-0-1 record in league play. The Mountain Hawks will take on second place American University on Saturday, October 11 at 1 p.m. in Washington, D.C.
