Mountain Hawks Wrap up Home Slate against Marist

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh men's swimming and diving team will be back in action on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Jacobs Pool against Marist after almost a month off from competition due to winter break and finals. Saturday will also be Lehigh's final home meet of the season.Â
The Mountain Hawks are 1-5, while the Red Foxes are 3-1. The only common opponent this season between the two schools was Rider. Lehigh suffered a 150-131.5 loss to the Broncs, while Marist won 156-138.
Lehigh last competed on Dec. 2 against Drexel. The Mountain Hawks suffered a 172-64 loss to the Dragons after Drexel won every individual event.
Elvin Lee was one of the top performers, scoring nine points after coming in second in the 100-yard IM (52.77), third in the 100-yard freestyle (47.99) and fourth in the 100-yard butterfly (22.88).Â
Tim Norris and Aaron Williams both tallied seven points for Lehigh. Norris recorded a second-place mark in the 50-yard freestyle (21.57) and a third-place finish in the 150-yard freestyle (1:15.65). Williams had a third-place finish in the 50-yard backstroke (26.89) and a third place mark in the 50-yard butterfly (22.67)
