Lehigh to Compete at Bucknell With Racing Moved to Sunday Morning

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh women's rowing team will be back on the water this weekend to face Patriot League rival Bucknell. The scheduled day of racing was postponed from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning at 9:15 on the Susquehanna River in Shamokin Dam, Pa. The postponement is due to Saturday's weather forecast and expected wind conditions on the water.

Racing Sunday morning will begin with the Varsity 4+ at 9:15, followed by the Second Varsity 8+, the First Varsity 8+ and the Second Varsity 4+.

Last weekend Lehigh competed against Loyola and Old Dominion in Baltimore, with the Mountain Hawks finishing first in the Varsity 4+ and the Second Varsity 8+ and claiming second place in the First Varsity 8+. Lehigh's Second Varsity 8+ received honorable mention recognition from the Patriot League on Wednesday.
