BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh women's track and field team turned in a dominating 119-61 win over rival Lafayette on Saturday at Rauch Fieldhouse, setting a program record for the most points ever scored in the annual indoor dual against the Leopards. The Mountain Hawks won 14 of the meet's 17 events, and swept the top two spots to get the maximum eight points in 10 events, including all six field events. After breaking the school pole vault record last weekend, junior
Kaitlyn Toman smashed the record by eight centimeters on Saturday, clearing 3.75 meters en route to being named Lehigh's Field Athlete of the Meet. Senior Liyala Dickens captured wins in the 60m and 200m dashes and was named the Track Athlete of the Meet. The win marked Lehigh 10th win in a row over Lafayette on the indoor track.

Over on the track, Dickens broke the tape in both the 60m dash in 8.05 seconds and the 200m in 26.73. Freshman Claudia Piron took runner-up in both events, setting PRs of 8.12 and 26.75, respectively. Sophomore Brooke Schaeffer topped the field of the 500m in 1:16.07 to set a PR and hit an ECAC qualifying time. Junior Clare Severe (2:55.07) won the 1,000m and Hannah Bonaguidi (PR-2:56.60) took second, both hitting ECAC qualifying times. Sophomore Ashleigh Crawford ran the mile and took first place with a PR of 5:04.70, and LU swept the 60m hurdles behind Madison Harding (9.12) and Mariah Kozub (9.20).
