2022 OUTDOORS: Won the 800m at both the Navy Spring Invitational (2:14.53) and Lehigh T&F Invite (2:12.34)... Earned PRs in both the 400m (1:00.44) and 1500m (4:35.73) at the Bison Outdoor Classic... Finished 31st in the 800m at the Virginia Challenge (2:12.29)... Competed at the Penn Relays in the 4x800... Won a gold medal in the 4x800 (8:50.21) and finished sixth overall in the 800m (2:14.18) at the Patriot League Championships.
2022 INDOORS: Won the 800m with a time of 2:16.61 and was a member of the fourth-place 4x400 team (4:18.02)... Won the DMR (12:42.83) and finished fourth in the mile with a PR of 5:08.92 at the Angry Birds Invitational... Recorded a second-place finish in the 800m (2:14.00) and a tenth-place finish in the 4x400 (4:07.98) at the Lafayette Dual... Broke a school record at the Dr. Sander Invitational in the DMR (11:33.94)... Recorded an sixth-place finish in the 800m (2:12.18) and eighth-place finish in the 4x400 (4:02.56)... Won a gold medal in the 4x800 (8:50.37) and finished fifth overall in the 800m (2:13.60) at the Patriot League Championships.
2021 OUTDOORS: Placed 11th in the 800m at the Patriot League Championships (2:21.06)… Finished third overall as a member of the 4x400m relay at the John and Carol Covert Classic (4:03.94), the Lafayette Invitational (4:13.41) and the Bucknell Quad (4:12.13)… Finished ninth overall in the 800m at the Bucknell Quad (2:23.46).

2020 INDOORS: Finished fourth in the 1,000m, earning a new personal record at the Monmouth University Winter Collegiate Invitational (3:01.80)... Finished eighth in the 1,00m at the Villanova Invitational (3:03.03)... Finished first overall in the 4x800m relay (10:00.18) and finished third overall in the 800m (2:21.26) in the Lehigh versus Lafayette Dual Meet… Finished 32nd in the mile, earning a new personal record at the Penn 8 Team Select (5:15.65)... Finished fourth overall in the 800m (2:21.96) and finished fourth overall in the distance medley relay (12:46.35) at the Angry Birds Challenge… Finished third overall in the 800m, earning a new personal record at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals (2:20.60).
2019 OUTDOORS: Finished 12th overall in the 1500m at the Coach Pollard Invitational, earning a personal record (4:57.41)… Finished first overall in the 4x800m relay (9:31.80) and finished 17th overall in the 800m, earning a personal record (2:21.60) at the Fred Hardy Invitational… Finished 23rd overall in the 800m at the Penn Challenge (2:27.23)… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2019 INDOORS: Finished fifth overall in the mile at the Bucknell Tune Up, earning a personal record (5:25.84)… Finished 11th in the mile at the Moravian College Indoor Meet (5:37.25)… Finished sixth overall in the 4x800m relay at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals Meet (10:15.12).
BEFORE LEHIGH: Named to Second Team All-Area in distance as a sophomore… Named to First Team All-State in DMR as a junior… First Team All-Area in the 4x800m as a junior… Named to Second Team All-Conference in the 1600m as a junior… PTFCA Indoor DMR State Champion (1200m leg)… Captain of cross country team as a senior… Member of the National Honor Society… Earned Highest Honors all four years.
