In 2017-18: Competed in six official bouts at 197, posting 3-3 record… went 3-1 with a fall to claim sixth place at Wilkes Open… also competed at Midlands Championships.
In 2016-17: Went 7-11 at 197… competed in three duals, making debut at Michigan… finished second at East Stroudsburg Open… also competed in Jonathan Kaloust Bearcat Open, F&M Open, Shorty Hitchock Memorial Classic and Edinboro Open.
In 2015-16: Competed in four open tournaments, posting 8-7 record… finished third at 197 at F&M Open in late December… also competed at Jonathan Kaloust Bearcat Open, Shorty Hitchcock Memorial Classic and Edinboro Open… had two major decision wins at Shorty Hitchcock Classic.
In 2014-15: Deferred eligibility… competed unattached in five open tournaments, going 4-9… debuted with 1-2 showing at Clarion Knight Point Open… posted win by fall at Wilkes Open.
In secondary school: posted 135-30 career record… finished fourth in New York State at 182 as a senior in 2013… member of National Honor Society.
Personal: Son of William and Linda Murray… brother William (26).
