Lehigh Unveils 2026-27 Men's Wrestling Schedule

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh men's wrestling announced its 2026-27 schedule Thursday. The 2026-27 slate, the first under new head coach Brad Dillon '04, is highlighted by seven home duals, including two major early-season matches at Stabler Arena, and three home duals against top 15 finishers at last year's NCAA Championships.
Season ticket renewals for the 2026-27 Lehigh wrestling season are underway, with new season tickets going on sale Wednesday, Sept. 23. Single match tickets will go on sale on Thursday, Oct. 1.
The 2026-27 campaign begins with a trip to the Nov. 2 Princeton Open. The dual season begins at Stabler Arena on Friday, Nov. 6 as Lehigh hosts Virginia Tech. The Mountain Hawks will then stay in Bethlehem to face Big Ten foe Indiana, Nov. 7 at Liberty High School as part of Journeymen Wrestling's WrangleMania and will have wrestlers competing at the Nov. 8 Journeymen Collegiate Classic at Freedom High School.
November concludes with a pair of power conference road duals. Lehigh will travel to Rutgers on Nov. 15 to face the Scarlet Knights in the first meeting between the border rivals in 10 seasons. On Nov. 21, Lehigh heads west for its annual dual against Pittsburgh.
Lehigh's most-contested dual series returns to Stabler Arena on Sunday, Dec. 6 as the Mountain Hawks welcome five-time defending national champion Penn State in the 114th meeting between the two programs.
Following a break for final exams, Lehigh will wrap up 2026 with its Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall debut as the Mountain Hawks welcome Franklin & Marshall on Friday, Dec. 18.
The 2027 portion of the schedule begins with three consecutive road duals. Lehigh visits Cornell on Saturday, Jan. 9 and then heads south for EIWA battles against American (Jan. 15) and Navy (Jan. 16).
Lehigh will close out January with three consecutive home duals, as the Mountain Hawks will welcome Morgan State (Jan. 23), Princeton (Jan. 24) and Army West Point (Jan. 29) to Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall. The Morgan State match will serve as the annual Billy Sheridan Memorial Dual, honoring the legendary Lehigh head coach.
The final month of the dual season features trips to Bucknell (Feb. 12) and Penn (Feb. 14), before Lehigh closes out the dual season at home against Arizona State on Friday, Feb. 19.
Army West Point will host the EIWA Championships Mar. 5-6 at West Point, N.Y. The NCAA Championships will be held Mar. 18-20 at Enterprise Center in St. Louis.
The Mountain Hawks have won back-to-back EIWA team titles, giving Lehigh 40 all time EIWA championships. Lehigh returns three individual EIWA champions and six wrestlers that have previously qualified for the NCAA Championships.
