In 2018-19: Capped Lehigh career with first All-America honor, earning fourth place at 184… beat Binghamton’s Lou Deprez in round of 12 to secure first podium finish… became three-time EIWA finalist with second place finish… won Fletcher Trophy for career points scored at EIWA Tournament… missed six weeks early in season due to injury… won Wilkes Open in late December in return to action… went 10-1 in dual action… had five wins by fall… EIWA Academic Achievement Award recipient… named to NWCA All-Academic Team.
In 2017-18: Bumped up to 184 where he won his first EIWA title… pinned Cornell’s Max Dean in EIWA finals to clinch team title for the Mountain Hawks… earned Coaches’ Trophy as EIWA Tournament’s Outstanding Wrestler… pinned three of his four opponents in EIWA Tournament to earn Sheridan Trophy for most falls in the shortest time in the championship bracket… earned No. 3 seed at NCAA Championships but finished one win shy of earning All-America honors… missed nearly two months due to injury suffered in Penn dual… 10 of his 16 wins produced bonus points… had big win over Michigan’s Domenic Abounader in Lehigh’s upset over Wolverines in November… returned to dual competition with major decision over Arizona State’s Kordell Norfleet… recipient of Coaches’ Award at season-ending Lewis Wrestling Dinner.
In 2016-17: Moved up to 174 and qualified for second straight NCAA Tournament… earned No. 6 seed at NCAAs… finished one win shy of earning All-America honors… finished second at EIWA Championships… vaulted into top 10 of national rankings with third place finish at Southern Scuffle… handed Virginia Tech’s Zach Epperly lone regular season loss with overtime win in January dual… had first period pin of Drexel’s Nick Elmer in December dual.
In 2015-16: Emerged as starter at 165… qualified for NCAA Championships with third place finish at EIWAs… went 1-2 in first NCAA Appearance… placed fourth at Southern Scuffle in January… pinned Navy’s John Keck in January dual for only win by fall of season… came back to go 5-1 at EIWA Tournament after missing four of last six duals due to injury.
In 2014-15: Deferred eligibility… went 16-5 competing unattached in tournaments… won 165 lb. title in debut at Clarion Knight Point Open… finished second at East Stroudsburg Open and third at Nittany Lion Open… went 2-2 at Midlands Championships… defeated eventual EIWA Champion Peyton Walsh of Navy at ESU Open… defeated EIWA place winner Cole Gracey of Army twice at Nittany Lion Open.
In secondary school: three-time PIAA qualifier… two-time third place finisher at states… three-time district champion… two-time regional champ… two-time place winner at Beast of the East… placed twice at FloNationals… Fargo All-American... member of National Honor Society… two-time PWCA All-Academic Team… two-time District All-Academic Team.
