2026 INDOOR: Dowkus competed in one meet ... at Fast Times Before Finals, she placed third in Shot Put with 12.47m and 2nd in Weight Throw with 15.30m
2025 OUTDOOR: Threw in seven meets for the Mountain Hawks… placed third in the shot put (12.06m) and sixth in the hammer throw (44.21m) at the Keystone State Challenge… was the runner-up in both the shot put (12.01m) and hammer throw (47.50m) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… placed fourth in both the shot put (12.39m) and hammer throw (42.18m) at the Coach Pollard Invite… was the runner-up in the shot put (12.45m), placed fifth in the hammer throw (47.39m), and placed 14th in the discus throw (33.66m) at the Covert Classic… won bronze in the hammer throw (51.85m) at the Patriot League Championships.
2025 INDOOR: Competed in eight meets for Lehigh… won the shot put (13.11m) and placed third in the weight throw (14.83m) at Fast Times Before Finals… placed fourth in both the shot put (12.81m) and weight throw (15.44m) at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational… won the weight throw (15.72m) and set a personal record as the runner-up in the shot put (13.17m) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… placed fourth in both the shot put (12.68m) and weight throw (15.54m) at the Fastrack National Invite… placed fourth in the shot put (12.87m) and set a personal record to place sixth in the weight throw (15.73m) at the Bucknell Tune Up… placed 17th in both the shot put (12.67m) and weight throw (14.83m) at the Patriot League Championships.
2024 OUTDOORS: At the Fred Harvey Invitational Dowkus placed 2nd in shot put (12.00m), fourth in hammer throw (44.50) and 6th in discus throw (32.97m)... at the Coach P Invite Dowkus was 1st in shot put (12.52) and 2nd in hammer throw (43.42)...at the Carol and John Covert Classic Dowkus placed 7th in discus throw (33.81)... at the 2024 Patriot League Outdoor TXF Championships, Dowkus placed 15 in shot put (12.04m) and 21st in hammer throw (41.39m)...
2024 INDOORS: In the Lehigh Season Opener, Dowkus won weight throw (14.08m) and also won first in shot put (12.41m)... at the Fast Times meet, Dowkus was again first in weight throw (15.28m) and first in shot put (12.53m).... at the Lehigh vs Lafayette Dual, Dowkus won weight throw (14.58m) and was once again first in shot put (12.74m)... at the Patriot League Indoor TxF Championships Dowkus was 11th in shot put (13.06) and 14th in weight throw (14.58)...
