Why Lehigh? “I chose Lehigh because of the abundance of opportunities. It is very unique because it is a small university in size, yet Lehigh has the research facilities and resources of a much larger institution. The opportunities to study abroad, double major, and get involved on campus are endless.”
On Coach Meltzer: “Coach Meltzer is an incredible coach whose entire day revolves around rowing. I have never met another person more dedicated or determined to making this team go fast. She spends her time focusing on every little inch to make you go faster and is incredibly inspirational and motivating to get you that extra inch.”
On the Lehigh student-athlete experience: “It means you aren’t afraid to work. But it is more than just about the work. Student athletes at Lehigh are leaders on campus. They are involved in learning in the classroom as well as learning on the team – cooperation, commitment, dedication, teamwork, time management, etc. All of this combined makes a Lehigh student athlete.”
