Why Lehigh? “I chose Lehigh for the amazing business school, as well as the women’s golf program.”
As a senior: Team captain… played all nine competitive rounds in spring season… shot season-best 74 in road dual at Bucknell… individual medalist with round of 80 in road dual at La Salle… finished 23rd at Patriot League Championship at 253 (87-83-83)… finished with 81.78 scoring average… three of nine rounds were in the 70s… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a junior: Played all 15 competitive rounds over six tournaments… was named Patriot League Golfer of the Week after tying for third place at Lehigh Invitational, shooting 153 (79-74)… also matched career low of 74 in final round of FDU Invitational, where he tied for seventh place at 158 (84-74)… had 80.53 stroke average… shot 230 at Bucknell Invitational and 237 at Boston College Intercollegiate… opened spring by tying for 19th at Battle at Boulder Creek (261)… shot 165 at Benbow Invitational… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a sophomore: Second team All-Patriot League honoree… tied for ninth at Patriot League Championship at 230 (74-81-75)… career-low round 74 at Patriot League Championship and first round at Brown Invitational… ranked fourth on team with 81.5 stroke average… tied for 21st at Brown Bear Invitational at 153 (79-74)… tied for eighth at Navy Spring Invitational at 158 (80-78)… played 20 of Lehigh’s 23 competitive rounds, missing only the Bucknell Invitational.
As a freshman: Played 15 competitive stroke play rounds over six tournaments… debuted at Navy Fall Invitational, tying for 37th place at 241… led Lehigh after 36 holes at Patriot League Championship and battled for top-10 position before ultimately tying for 12th place at 243… shot 159 (80-79) in top 36-hole tournament performance at Brown… season-low rounds of 75 in second round at William & Mary and second round of Patriot League Championship.
In high school: USA Junior Team member… Callaway Junior World qualifier… represented San Diego in the 2016 Girl’s Junior America’s Cup and 2015 Mary Cave Cup… represented the United States in Scotland in the 2016 Euro Junior Cup, where she helped to win the trophy for the US against the Canadian and Scottish teams… played on USA Junior Team at 2016 Aaron Baddeley Invitational… four year’s member and three-year captain of Pacific Ridge varsity boy’s golf team.. first team all-league as a sophomore… led team in scoring average as a sophomore and junior… three-year team MVP… advanced to San Diego CIF Tournament all three years and regionals as a sophomore… Dean’s List student all six years at Pacific Ridge… San Diego Union Tribune All-Academic Honors… AP Scholar with Honors… member of National Chinese Honor Society.
