2016 OUTDOORS: Competed in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Penn Relays…Ran a season-best 5K time at the Bison Outdoor Classic (14:56.87), where he finished 18th out of 112…Won the 3,000 steeplechase at the Muhlenberg Invitational (9:41.98).
2016 INDOORS: Won the 5,000 meter race at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual (15:20.53)…Member of the winning 4x800 team at the Lehigh Fast Times meet.
2015 OUTDOORS: Saw action in three meets, competing in the 1,500 and 5,000 meter races…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2015 INDOORS: Finished ninth in the 5,000 meter run at Yale’s Giegengack Invite with a season-best time of 15:14.55.
