2023-24 (SENIOR SEASON): Had a couple of fifth place finishes against Drexel in the 50-yard freestyle (21.89) and the 100-yard freestyle (48.62)…came in fourth in the 100-yard freestyle (49.00) vs. Rider...recorded a couple of fifth-place marks in the 100-yard freestyle (49.55) and the 200-yard freestyle (1:51.44)...came in 38th in the 200-yard freestyle at the Patriot League Championships after swimming a season-best time of 1:45.42.
2022-23 (JUNIOR SEASON):Â At the Patriot League Championships, tallied a 40th place finish in the 50-yard freestyle prelims (21.73), a 41st place finish in the 100-yard freestyle prelims (48.15) and a 43rd place mark in the 200-yard freestyle (1:46.85)...came in third in the 100-yard freestyle against West Chester and Bloomsburg with a time of 47.11...recorded a pair of sixth-place finishes vs. Lafayette in the 50-yard freestyle (21.63) and the 100-yard freestyle (47.63).
2021-22 (SOPHOMORE SEASON): Had a successful ESU Invite with a season-best time in the 50 free (21.94) and personal best time in the 200 free (1:46.41)...participated in three prelim races at the Patriot League Championships: 50 free (21.55), 100 Free (47.02) and 200 free (1:44.46).
2020-21 (FIRST-YEAR SEASON): Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 500 free (4:55.46) against Lafayette in the Patriot League Challenge… Placed 24th in the 100 free (48.83) at the April Pools Invitational… Earned two seventh-place finishes in the 100 (49.09) and 200 free (1:51.86) against Bucknell… Gewartowski also finished eighth in the 50 free (22.47) at the same event.
BEFORE LEHIGH
The Fort Washington native comes with a background of swimming sprint events, 50 free and 100 free. Took gold and broke school records in the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay at PIAA Championships. An AP Scholar with Distinction Award, Gewartowski also received a silver senior athletic award from his school and was a gold cardinal.
