AS A SOPHOMORE (2012): Saw increased action as a sophomore, winning 26-of-62 faceoffs (41.9) while scooping 16 groundballs … Won his only faceoff in Patriot League Title Game at #10 Colgate (4/29) … Won all three faceoffs while scooping two groundballs against Holy Cross (3/24) … Strong effort vs. Manhattan (2/25), winning 6-of-10 faceoffs with a career-high six groundballs ... Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Strong rookie season as a backup faceoff specialist … Won 55.6 percent (15-of-27) of his draws on the season, scooping four groundballs … Won a career-high seven faceoffs (on 11 attempts) against #9 North Carolina (4/23). Also tied a career-high two groundballs … Won 2-of-4 faceoffs at Holy Cross (3/26) … 2-of-3 vs. Presbyterian (3/19) along with two groundballs … Impressed in winning 4-of-7 faceoffs in collegiate debut at #18 Yale (3/12).
BEFORE LEHIGH: Decorated career at Conestoga High School, capped off by senior season which included numerous awards, including U.S. Lacrosse All-America distinction … Was also named Main Line Player of the Year in 2010 while earning All-EPSLA and All-Phillylacrosse.com … All-Main Line and All-Central League in each of his final two seasons … Named Team MVP senior year while cracking LaxPower’s All-Eastern Region Team as an honorable mention honoree … Was the Ball Hawk Award winner his final two seasons as the team leader in ground balls … State champion in 2010 and runner-up in ’09 … Among Inside Lacrosse’s top 100 incoming freshmen … Also a four-year varsity letterwinner in ice hockey, serving as captain senior year … Honorable Mention All-Area in 2010 … Team was Flyers Cup Champions and state runner-up in 2008.
