WHY LEHIGH? “I decided to go to Lehigh because I loved the traditions that are here, the fierce rivalry with Lafayette and the combination of a great academic institution with great athletic programs.”IN HIGH SCHOOL: Standout career for Winston Churchill High School … Two-time team captain, while also garnering All-Gazette and All-Division as both a junior and senior … Recorded 42 of his 78 career goals and 17 of his 41 assists as a senior … Team MVP and First Team All-Montgomery County as a senior to help lead squad to a 10-4 record and a regional semifinal appearance … Also a star member of the football team, where he served as Team Captain as a senior and was named the team’s Defensive MVP … Played multiple positions, including middle linebacker, tight end, fullback and slot receiver … Made a team-leading 78 tackles in 2010, while averaging 6.6 yards per carry and 19.4 yards per reception … Garnered the Carroll Award in 2010 presented to the best athlete of the Churchill High School senior class, as voted by the school’s coaches … Honor Roll student.
