Scott Carpenter

Scott Carpenter enters his first season as a graduate assistant coach for the Mountain Hawks, following his graduation from Lehigh this past spring.  The former two-time team captain and cornerstone of the defensive unit was selected as an alternate to the prestigious North-South Senior All-Star Classic following his impressive senior season.  Carpenter was also named to the All-Patriot League team as a junior and a senior and was the second member of Lehigh’s “44 Club” which awards the number 44 to the player who best exemplifies what a Lehigh lacrosse athlete should represent.

As a player, Scott led the Brown and White in ground balls as both a junior and a senior, and started nearly every game for Lehigh since his sophomore season.  Carpenter’s many accolades also include being named to the First Team All-Patriot League as a senior, and he was also an academic All-American, as well as leading the team in ground balls.

Carpenter is a graduate of Liverpool High School in Syracuse, New York.
