BEFORE LEHIGH He played midfield at Seton Hall Prep, where he graduated summa cum laude. He earned first-team All-Non-Public honors, second-team All-State recognition in New Jersey, and was named to all-league and all-conference teams. A native of North Caldwell, N.J., he is the son of Andrew and Madeline Rich.

WHY LEHIGH I wanted to challenge myself academically and be a part of a competitive sports program, like the lacrosse team here at Lehigh.
