2020 CROSS COUNTRY: Won the 5K of the Lehigh-Loyola dual meet (14:36)… Finished 23rd overall in the Patriot League Championships (22:56.7).
2019 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished seventh overall at the Lehigh Invitational (19:07.74)... Third overall at the Lehigh-Lafayette Dual Meet (25:40.40)... Fourth Lehigh runner and 155th overall at the Paul Short Run (24:54.80)... 37th overall and was fifth on team at the Patriot League Championships (26:42.0)... Finished 109th overall and was fifth on the team at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (32:59.30).
2018 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 12th on the team and 75th overall at the Patriot League Championship (28:07.1)… Finished third on the team and eighth overall at the Bucknell Tune Up in the 4K, earning a personal record (12:30.00)… Finished eighth on the team and 174th overall at the Paul Short Run (26:05)… Finished sixth on the team and 124th overall at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown Meet (25:59).
2017 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished third on the team and 158th overall at the Princeton Invitational (26:12.1)…Competed in the Open Race at the 44th Paul Short Run and placed 107th out of 336 (26:22.5)…Placed fifth on the team at the four-mile Main Line Invitational (21:56.7)…Finished seventh overall and sixth on the team in the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (26:40.92)…Placed 37th overall in his collegiate debut at the 6K Lehigh Invitational (19:42.65).
BEFORE LEHIGH: Six-time MSHSL State Cross Country qualifier; where he finished fifth in 2015 and 10th in 2016…Two-time all-state honoree and five-time all-conference honoree in cross country…Two-time MSHSL State Track Qualifier; finished 10th in 1600m and sixth in the 800m in 2016, and fifth in the 800m and eighth in the 4x400m in 2017…Four-time all-conference track honoree…School record holder in the 800m (1:57.4) and in the 4x400m (3:27.9).

Why did you choose Lehigh?: After looking at many colleges out east, Lehigh really stood out as a great school both academically and athletically as well as a great match for me.

Most admired person and why: Clare Flanagan. She was a teammate of mine who ended up running at Stanford. Most hard working and humble person I know.
Biggest sports accomplishment: Making the varsity XC team as a 7th grader and qualifying for States with my team. Ended up running a 17:12 5K at the end of the season.
