BEFORE LEHIGH
Whitney Lind had an outstanding high school career at Randall K. Cooper High School, where she scored 2,257 points and grabbed 1,000 rebounds. Her 1,000 rebounds were a school record. Lind was the 9th Region Player of the Year her senior year. The Kentucky native was a First Team All-State selection by the Courier Journal and the Lexington Herald after averaging 16.1 points and 6.9 rebounds her senior year. Lind was also voted as the Cincinnati Enquirer's' Northern Kentucky Player of the Year her junior and senior year. Lind played AAU for Kentucky Premier EYBL. Lind also excelled in the classroom as she had a 4.5 overall gpa and graduated summa cum laude.
