Spent his freshman season at Duke prior to transferring to Lehigh…did not see action with the Blue Devils…four-year letter winner at Loyalsock Township High School in Williamsport, Pa...led Loyalsock to back-to-back PIAA Class AA state championships in 2013 and 2014...guided the Lancers to District 4 AA championships in 2012, 2014 and 2015...ranked among the top 1,000 overall prospects in his class nationally, top 35 in the state of Pennsylvania and top 435 right-handed pitchers by Perfect Game…earned 2015 Atlantic Region Honorable Mention and 2014 Underclass Honorable Mention accolades from Perfect Game as well...posted an 8-1 record as a senior in 2015, leading the area in wins...won his last eight high school starts, striking out 47 in 35.2 innings...turned in a 3-0 record in the 2015 playoffs and did not allow a run in 13.0 innings...threw a five-inning no-hitter in Loyalsock’s district semifinal win over Warrior Run...tabbed the 2013 District 4 Co-Pitcher of the Year after going 8-1 with a 2.11 ERA and 50 strikeouts over 42.2 innings...named Williamsport Sun Gazette First Team Pitcher in 2013...tabbed Williamsport Gazette Breakthrough Player of the Year as a freshman in 2012.
