As a sophomore … started 27 of the 28 games he played in … drove in 15 runs which is tied for fifth on the team … hit a walk-off home run to defeat Bucknell 11-10 on 4/25/09 … As a freshman … started 34 games in the outfield … fifth on the team in batting with a .278 average … stole four bases in seven tries … hit his first career home run against Air Force on 3/6/08 … got a hit in his first career at bat against Virginia on 2/23/08 … was not charged with any errors in 39 games … named second team All-Patriot League, becoming one of just five freshmen to be named to the team … in high school … first team All-Area selection in The Morning Call and The Express-Times … The Morning Call’s Player of the Year in 2007 … member of the Lehigh Valley Carpenter Cup team … broke 40-year old school record for batting average and RBI in a season.
