Why Lehigh?: “I chose to attend Lehigh because it is a unique university, renowned for its academics and increasingly competitive at the Division I level.”
As a junior…tied for the team lead with eleven starts…threw three complete games and one shutout…led the team with 39 struck outs and 55.1 innings pitched…As a sophomore…recorded team-high eight wins and five complete games…appeared in 15 games and started in 13…pitched in 85.1 innings, which was the second highest on the team and in the Patriot League and just 0.1 behind season leader Kyle Collina…his 3.80 earned run average ranked second on the team…As a freshman … posted a 3-5 record as Lehigh’s No. 3 starter … ranked fourth in the Patriot League with a 3.01 earned run average … ranked second on the team and fourth in the league, registering 57 strikeouts … hurled two complete games … Patriot League opponents hit only .234 against him in 2005.
