Lehigh offered me a chance to study at an academically challenging school and gave me the opportunity to live my dream of playing collegiate baseball.

2015 (FRESHMAN SEASON)
Saw action in three games…recorded his first career hit, an RBI single, in a victory over DeSales…drew a walk and scored a run in a win at Iona.

BEFORE LEHIGH
A four-year varsity starter, Drew LaMotte helped lead his high school to two regional championships and a sectional final. LaMotte was the Golden Bat award winner for his club team, the Wilmette Waves, as he led the Waves to a Connie Mack League State Championship and the Midwest Regional Semifinals. He finished his high school career with a .373 career batting average and .493 on-base percentage. Off the field, LaMotte was a four-year honor roll student, member of the Latin Honor Society and secretary of the Student Alliance for Homeless Youth.
