Why Lehigh? “I chose to attend Lehigh because I wanted to receive an education that would prepare me for a successful career, while competing on a Division I swimming team. Also, on my recruiting trip, I met some really awesome people that I knew I wanted to spend lots of time with.”
On the Lehigh swimming experience: “Competing in Jacobs Pool is a truly unique experience. Just the other day, I took a moment to reflect while sitting in the stands of the pool. Even though the place was completely empty, I swore that I heard the deafening cheers of the fans and athletes that pack the building during a home meet and make visiting swimmers tremble as they stand behind the blocks. I got goose bumps as I had visions of the epic races swum in Jacobs pool. This tradition is something that I am truly proud to be a part of.”
