Why Lehigh?: “I chose to come to Lehigh because of its strong academic and athletic
reputation. Lehigh offered me a great academic opportunity while also pursuing a chance
to play Division I baseball.”
As a junior … team scholar-athlete award winner … member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … appeared in 43 games, making 36 starts … hit .317 while scoring 17 runs and driving in 17 others … was three-for-five in stolen base attempts … started 16 of 17 league games, posting a .333 average against league competition … appeared in 17 games as a sophomore, posting a .143 batting average … drove in five runs … played in 18 games his freshman year, starting 11 … member of the National Honor Society in high school … all-state player in Connecticut in 2002.
