Why Lehigh?: “I chose Lehigh because I had the opportunity to get a great education and also to play on a flourishing baseball team at the same time.”
As a sophomore … started 30 of the 35 games he played in … drove in career-high four runs against Florida Atlantic on 3/3/09 … As a freshman … started 20 of the 23 games he played … hit first career home run and drove in season-high three runs against Coppin State 3/12/08 … In high school … two-year letterwinner and received the Robert E. Fink Award … 0.74 ERA during junior season … second team All-League Honors as a DH … faculty scholar award winner and ranked in top 10 percent of class.
