As a freshman...played in 21 games at DH and in the outfield…was three for three in steal attempts…In high school … four year started who helped Riverside Beaver to the 2006 WPIAL Class AA championship and its second-straight PIAA title … had 41 RBIS and 36 runs as a senior … batted over .500 two times with the most recent being a .515 his senior year … earned Post-Gazette West all-star team and all-area team honors.
