Why Lehigh?: “I came to Lehigh because it combined everything I wanted in a college. Lehigh has and excellent wrestling program with a rich wrestling tradition as well as great academics. Adding in the fact that it was close to home made it a very easy decision.”
In 2005-06: Deferred eligibility… posted 6-1 record in open tournaments…won Wilkes Open title at 133… scored bonus points in four of six wins.
In Secondary School: Three-time Pennsylvania place-winner (2nd, 2nd, 3rd)… won two Reno Tournament of Champions titles… had four pins in six matches en route to Outstanding Wrestler award in one of his Reno wins… ranked in the top eight in his weight class nationally for much of his senior season.
Personal: son of Mike and Ellen Ciasulli … brother Andy, 24, wrestled at Drexel; Matt, 23 is a senior and two-time NCAA Qualifier at Lehigh; sister, Sara, is 25.
